Reviewing transactions, contractual terms and communications helps identify a breach, organise the evidence and determine the appropriate route for the claim. Where the matter also has a criminal dimension, his work is coordinated with the relevant team at the firm.

As an affiliated lawyer, Guillermo Conti coordinates his work with the firm’s civil and business law team. Depending on the matter, the work may be coordinated with Alejandro Testa, Juan Pablo Conti and Laura Chávez.
Where a contractual or banking dispute shows signs of deception, impersonation or digital schemes, the assessment may be coordinated with the cybercrime and fraud team to assess the financial claim and whether criminal proceedings may also be appropriate.
