At Selser, Testa & Asoc. we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we may collect when you browse stabogados.com.ar, how we use it, who it may be shared with (only when necessary), and your rights under Argentine Law No. 25,326.

  • Email address.
  • Telephone number.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Arrange meetings or telephone consultations.
  • Assess your matter and provide the professional information requested (pre-engagement or during the engagement).
  • Improve the website and its performance (analytics — see section 5).

We do not sell, rent or otherwise commercialise your data.

We use cookies and similar technologies. In particular, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used and to improve the user experience. GA4 may collect technical and usage information (e.g. pages viewed, events, device/browser type) and, depending on configuration, may process identifiers and network data.

You may also contact us via WhatsApp. If you choose this channel, the exchange takes place through WhatsApp (Meta) and is subject to their own policies and terms of service.

Cookie controls: you may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that some site features may be affected.

6. Data Sharing

We only share data where necessary to operate the service, and subject to confidentiality requirements, for example:

  • Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics 4) for site metrics.
  • Messaging services where you initiate contact (e.g. WhatsApp).
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, to the extent necessary for operation and security.

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Your Rights (Law No. 25,326)

You have the right to request access, rectification/update and deletion of your data, as well as to withdraw your consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, please write to estudio@stabogados.com.ar.

The data subject is entitled to exercise the right of access to their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest in doing so more frequently is demonstrated, pursuant to Article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) (Agency for Access to Public Information) is the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326. If you consider that your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the AAIP.

10. Minors

Our website and services are not directed at minors. If you are under the age of 18, we ask that you contact us with the assistance of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect improvements to the site, regulatory changes or operational adjustments. The current version will always be published on this page.
